Note: This online cookbook was created for a community newsletter (Lingo Lifestyle, Lingo Live). ALWAYS featured some fun fact, a joke, picture, gif, meme…anything that I thought would make a reader stick around to the end of the newsletter, if only to see what shenanigans I had gotten myself into that week.
The mystery game, however, outdid itself. It was truly one of the best pieces of engaging content I’d ever created.
Designed entirely in Canva, this e-cookbook was created from submitted recipes from one company’s global community of independent contractors. It was baked and branded at 375 degrees over the course of a weekend when I was so sick (ironically, from food poisoning) that I couldn’t leave my apartment.
Now, I know you’re thinking, why should I trust someone who had food poisoning? Well, NO WORRIES! I only got food poisoning from a VERY expensive restaurant. So, this cookbook is safe to be taken as absolute gospel. (Please don’t take this cookbook as gospel.) It features recipes from around the world and helpful cooking tips from the editor (aka me) such as:

Some critics have hailed it as “revolutionary” and an “online cookbook that has something for everyone” and “clearly someone has spent too much time watching The Great British Bakeoff“.
Vegan? There’s a recipe for that.
Cheese fiend? There’s a recipe for that.
Soup lover? There’s a recipe for that.
Sweet tooth? There’s a recipe for that.
Lazy? You better believe there’s a recipe for that.
Made with 100% love and a complete disregard for allergens.
